Cancellation & Appointment Policy I value your time and mine, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations, rescheduling, or changes to your appointment. * More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee will be charged for cancellations or appointment changes. * 24–48 hours’ notice: A fee of $75 per hour of the services originally scheduled will be charged. * Less than 24 hours’ notice, cancellations, or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled services will be charged with card provided on file. Please understand that appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute changes make it difficult for me to offer that time to another guest. Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is important to me. If you have any concerns with your hair, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment by phone, text, or email. I am happy to provide a complimentary adjustment when appropriate. Requests made after 48 hours may be considered a new service and will be subject to our regular pricing. Sales & Refunds All service and retail sales are final. We do not offer refunds. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my cancellation policy, which allows me to continue providing every guest with the time, attention, and personalized experience they deserve.
